Roundtable: Multilingual Literature in Conflict Zones V
Welcome to the fifth online roundtable in the series Multilingual Literature in Conflict Zones organized by the Journal of Literary Multilingualism (Natasha Lvovich, Editor in Chief) and the international research group LangueFlow (Sabira Stahlberg).
The roundtable will be held on Tuesday 28 October 2025 at
- 15:00 CET (Berlin, Budapest, Stockholm, Rome)
- 10 am EDT (New York, Montreal)
- 9 am CDT (Texas, Wisconsin)
The roundtable will feature two discussants:
- Krzysztof E. Borowski: Writing Between Languages: Szczepan Twardoch’s Literary Multilingualism
- Michelle Hartman: Hela Ho! A multilanguage, multivoiced uprising against “all of them”
The discussants will briefly introduce their respective topics and engage the audience in an interdisciplinary discussion.
